The Best of Dreams ..From me to you ...

Have you ever had that feeling that you are tired but you cant sleep ? 
That there are so many things on your head and you cant stop thinking ..
Maybe that you are uncomfortable .. and are not at ease .. 

If it makes you feel any better .. YOU ARE NOT ALONE .. BUT
There is a way that works for me EVERY TIME ... 
First .. ( after you read this of course .. Please don't sleep while reading me :))))
Turn on the video  I have attached .. 






close your eyes .. 
Think of a beautiful dark blue sky full of Shining little tiny stars..
Feel a kind soft breeze .. and take a deeeeeeeeeeeeeep breath count to 7 at least 
and then let gooooo exhale .. slowlyyy ... count to 12 at least while exhaling .. and with it .. let go of one preoccupation one negative or disturbing thought... and think of One Beautiful thing ..Anything you like .. any feeling that you can recall makes you smile ..
And Repeat .. :)) 
You will soon be asleep ... in the best of dreams ...
